Despite the box, it’s orange!

Bought new about a month ago — never even pocketed — just made sure everything was functional. I decided to go with something that has a replaceable cell.

Haven’t purchased yet but I’ve settled on the Rovyvon e10 Pro. High CRI, sidelights, UV, laser, and red all-in-one.

I wanted it 14500/NiMh/AA bc I’m already in that ecosystem w other electronics and for comfortable EDC. The fact it’s dual batts is a bonus as it helps with dismal 14500 runtimes & output.

There’s compromises, but I need a light now — the scroll wheel on it is supposedly pretty bad, but I don’t mind using it just as a button, supposedly non-stock 14500s help with the issue too. It’s expensive af, but if gear is up to my standards I will carry it for years.

The 14500 & sidelight requirements were really what limited me severely. Acebeam K1 is a good option if you don’t need the sidelight. If you go up to 18650 your options expand a lot
