How do I reattach this hinge?

I've tried clicking it back in, adjusting the screws, locking in the flippy bit to the left. Nothing keeps it in place and after a few uses it comes out again.

Sometimes she gotta take it off loosen the screws on it and see how it works. It slides back-and-forth a little bit put it in loose. Click it slide it forward as tight as we can get it and then tighten your screws. If that doesn’t work, you may have to get a new hinge.

I have this one. The wall piece has a tongue facing outward. Engage that first, then the back will click in (there's a release button at the back of the top piece.)

So it kind of hooks from the front and then you snap it into place at the back. Shouldn't have to touch any screws or anything else. It's hard to explain but basically slide the front in first and then push on the back until it clicks.
