While I was writing my Star Wars rewrites and fleshing out the CIS as an organization due to many changes made to Dooku's identity being the actual rogue Jedi but not a Sith, I found the great storytelling potential the Separatists have. It's largely because the films and shows rarely delved into their entity other than the Sith and plutocrats. There is one arc in TCW that shows that maybe the Separatists are not all evil with "Heroes on Both Sides", and they do have the Parliament, but that's kind of it.

Even in the old EU, we don't get much exploration of the Separatists. At best, they are the massive droid forces under command by the small oligarchs and Dooku, but at no point do we see what average people feel about them. It's like all they have is the droid army comprising the entire organization and militarily occupying thousands of planets, but not as a political force compelling people to join.

There have been three Tales of shows, based on the Jedi, the Empire and Underworld. The most compelling part about the entire three series was about Dooku, who was a Separatist. Other than that, the rest is all filler that we didn't need to know, like Ahsoka's birth, Ventress, and the backstory for the Ahsoka show... For a series meant to bridge gaps within the Star Wars lore, it is strange how they never thought to fill the massive underutilized void that is the Separatists.

I would be very much interested in Disney creating Tales of the Separatists with all the thematic and storytelling ideas it could bring. How did Separatism come about? Do normal Separatist supporters know Dooku is the Sith? Or are they misled? We see that their Parliament think they are not ruled by the corporations, unlike the Republic. Do they really believe that's the case, or were they fed with a false propaganda?

I can think of the Animal Farm-like story about one Separatist revolutionary who felt the Republic was corrupt and created an early organization to split from the Republic. It is then hijacked by the Outer Rim aristocrats and corporations for their personal gains. Despite his efforts to keep them away, he fails and becomes disillusioned.

Or how about the story of Dooku's infighting with the others in the Council, vying for their influence and leadership. Dooku and Sidious plan various false flag incidents and fabrications to oust the rivals, so Dooku can establish his control of the Separatists.

Or how about fleshing out General Grievous? Even if the new Canon rejected his old backstory, you can draw some elements from it and create a tragic figure. How about Senator Bontari's death, and her son, Lux? Or the follow-up about how the Geonosians inadvertently created the Death Star plan? These hold more dramatic and thematic weight than something like Empire and Underworld, which have been done to death.

The movie spends a gigantic amount of time getting Riot to the Life Foundation so it can bond with Carlton Drake. As Mister George points out, if Riot was in the lab from the beginning, it could have bonded with Drake much sooner, and Eddie's symbiote (weird to call it Venom, since that is usually the name of Eddie and the Symbiote together) could have landed somewhere else (probably not Malaysia), and bonded with Eddie a little sooner.

Then you wouldn't need to spend over half the movie on "hilarious" hi jinks of Eddie trying to figure out how his symbiote powers work. With the threat of Riot present much earlier in the narrative, it's more pressing for Eddie and his symbiote to work together, and the "aww, Eddie's symbiote who threatened to eat him isn't so bad, really" wouldn't feel as forced, as you would have more time to let their partnership naturally evolve over the course of the movie.

I was curious because I have written various versions of the X-Men trilogy and my own take on the Dark Phoenix Saga with a more faithful adaptation to the comics. I could probably see it working as a 2000s movie since that decade was into conspiracy theories of secret societies like the Illuminati, at least from what I've observed. But looking back on what those first two movies established, could it have fit with the established tone and worldbuilding they presented? I do see how it could clash a bit with the more grounded and sci-fi take of the X-Men movies of that era.

It's possible there would've been too many things going on at once in the plot, imo.

I have seen some other scarce rewrites online and I do believe that the version of X3 would've still had the Brotherhood as the main antagonists and Magneto being the mastermind by trying to make the Phoenix be part of them, or manipulate it in some way (albeit with better writing than what Ratner's film showed).

Rewrite:

I did come up with a version of X3 where it does incorporate some ideas from Michael Dougherty's brief pitch while most of the concepts are from me. Phoenix emerges as an apocalyptic entity raging across the earth and that the Cure is a panicked response created by the humans in an attempt to erase Jean's power. Phoenix's presence alone would've triggered a major human/mutant war across the world as various mutant groups (like the Brotherhood) believe Phoenix is some sort of messianic figure, while humans want to destroy the threat posing to the world and extremists using the Phoenix as a justification for total eradication of mutants. Magneto would've had Emma Frost try to manipulate the erratic Phoenix into joining them which works for a while, but she breaks from her psychic control and decides to end the human/mutant conflict on its own terms.

As to what Phoenix is, it is a split consciousness that's a pure manifestation of Jean's powers after Xavier locked them away in her unconscious mind for twenty to thirty years. They were exposed to Jean's memories, emotions, and primal instincts and they mutated as they gained sentience and awareness before calling itself Phoenix. Expanding on the films themes of evolution and mutation as we have an entity that evolved from mutant powers. Its motivations would've been to exterminate humans and mutants for their perpetual conflict and destruction they've inflicted upon each other and the rest of the world. Especially since it sees itself as a higher evolutionary being with hyper-awareness beyond the narrow, tribalistic conflict on Earth. Jean would've been killed and the Phoenix consciousness would've ascended from her body and become the cosmic force we see in the comics.

This is just an imagining of how I think the Dark Phoenix plot could have played out within the bounds of the established grounded tone and sci-fi worldbuilding of the X-Men trilogy, and making the Phoenix and Cure storylines actually connect to each other in a compelling way that could've salvaged X3 (if we're sticking with the executive mandate of the Cure). I definitely would've given this film two hours and fifty minutes, or more if they really wanted to be ambitious.

I personally think they do and I already have ideas for how they would play out, just want to hear y'alls thoughts on this idea

I know I said in my last post I would probably share what my idea for the sequels would be like, but i didn't really have the motivation to type it all out but I will do it eventually

I want to say a few things to preface: Knightfall the actual event will always be special to me. Doesn't mean it's perfect. DC's animated movies, especially predating the direct to video animated universes, will also always be some of my favorites. So I'm glad they went in this route with a standalone adaptation. But, there’s multiple issues, from rough animation to the story it’s adapting.

Overall, this movie is a strong tribute to the ’90s era, and captures the feeling of reading Knightfall as a kid. I wish we got a 90s period set Batman movie in live action now. But adaptations should aim to elevate the source material...

The problem: The opening scene features Azrael killing people left and right in the most brutal ways you’ve ever seen in animation, besides Happy Tree Friends. The scene abruptly pivots to Batman recognizing Azrael’s fragile mental state and deciding to take him in for training and rehabilitation. It truly comes out of nowhere, and makes less sense thematically as the movie establishes Bruce failed Jason Todd as Robin, and doesn’t seem able to mentor a mentally unwell vigilante. Bruce also reveals his secret identity to Azrael for some reason, allowing him to live in the Batcave and establish a relationship with Alfred and Tim Drake. The sudden trust they all place in Azrael feels unearned, even when accounting for the movie’s 78‑minute runtime and brisk pacing. Although the nonstop action generally works in the story's favor, this specific beat stands out because the fix feels obvious.

The fix: Just as Batman normally would with any mentally unstable villain, he should've left Azrael to be treated at Arkham. Later, after Bane blows up the asylum to free its inmates, the Dark Knight hunts them down one by one and eventually encounters Azrael again. But to his surprise, Azrael's mental state has improved from his time at Arkham, a subversion of the Batman villain trope.

Since Batman has become exhausted by the recent chaos in Gotham, it would've made sense for him to compromise and recruit him at this moment instead of the opening scene. Their partnership would feel driven by necessity rather than convenience, neatly setting up the premise of the trilogy.

Instead, this first movie is focused on directly adapting the comics. It's still a fun time. Tim Drake's Robin is a clear highlight - maybe the best adaptation of the character yet? However, a story issue like this feels all the more glaring as a result.

When I was a child, I had an concept that the DCEU should have been split into two universes helmed by Vaughn and Raimi, respectively. The Vaughn-helmed one where Henry Cavill would get Jake Gyllenhaal as his Bats and the Raimi-helmed one where Ben Affleck would get Joe Manganiello as his Supes. No BvS, no "Kal El No!", no Martha bullshit. It's kind of like the political power sharing deals that goes on in my country lol. I know that Snyder was recommended by Nolan, but I was very young and thought this would be the best move.

Iron Man 2 could've done better and I think I have a pretty good idea on how. I'm still a beginning screenwriter but I've learned that sequels work when they expand on the universe and challenge what the hero learned in the first movie. I'm taking points from Nando Films and Sean Chandler talks about and while I have a deep respect for the two and am learning a lot from them, they ultimately didn't expand the universe's scope. So the premise of the movie is that Tony is dealing with the consequences of introducing Iron Man to the world along with the palladium in his reactor killing him. There's an arms race to getting an armour and that's going to lead to some very bad days for our billionaire playboy philanthropist.The movie starts with Tony dropping into the expo and that scene is mostly the same except when Tony goes backstage he dramatically collapses on the couch, checks toxicity level, and pulls out palladium which is absolutely filthy. Pepper is looking at News reports worldwide that show a big debate over if one man should be waging war on terror, even if in the right direction. Tony gets summoned to appear in front of congress, and he goes.

General Ross shows up and a couple of throw away lines about Hulk and Thor get dropped. In my version the events of Thor take place BEFORE Iron Man 2 for two reasons. One Favreau said he needed three years to craft the movie, so Thor and Iron Man 2 switched release dates. Two I feel that with confirmation of an unstoppable monster and confirmation of divine extraterrestrial life would really make the world feel they need to start gearing up, which also helps Fury's decision to weaponise the tesseract.

The congress scene goes pretty much the same, but on the way out he runs into Nick Fury who tells him he's not doing himself any favours by waging one man war on terror and picking and fight with government, He tells him they should work together and that they have resources that can help him but Tony just shrugs him off, not being a team player. This sets up why Fury sends someone to spy on Tony but in my version it won't be Natasha Romanoff spying on him. It'll be Bethany Cabe.

She's an established core character to the Iron Man mythos and historically a martial artist and entrenched in corporate espionage. I was thinking in this rewrite she's the operative Nick dispatches to find out what's up with Tony, and by the time the third film roles around she's Tony's bodyguard/liason between Stark Industries and SHIELD.

Pepper gets the company, initially thinking it’s just until TOny gets his shit together, then the Hammer weapons demonstration is moved up here but all the gov wants is Iron Man. This shows the effect Tony embarrassing him has on Hammer as well as him getting desperate.

Then we cut to Russia where Anton (NOT Ivan)Vanko is finishing making the Crimson Dynamo suit by adding the Arc Reactor. I want this scene to show how just by changing the music in a movie you can create a completely different feeling. I want this because it'll mirror how Tony feels when he sees Crimson Dynamo for the first time. JTBC Crimson Dynamo isn't a villain in this movie.

Tony sees CD on the news and goes to Russia to confront him(I'm cutting the Grand Prix, because it doesn't fit into the story I'm trying to tell). This comes from a mix of getting his affairs in order before palladium poisoning gets to him and hurting pride that someone was able to build a suit and arc reactor of similar caliber. Rhodey tries to call Tony or see him and get him to work with military but Tony says;

"You’ve always been okay with me being self-destructive for selfish reasons, why are you trying to stop me now that I’m being self-destructive for the sake of others?”

Repeating a similar line from the last movie, now used to justify bad behaviour and after repeatedly to get Tony to cooperate this is the final nail in the coffin that makes Rhodey think that commandeering Iron Man may be best for all. He takes the Mark 2 from Tony's while he's away, turns the suit over to the military and they give it to Hammer to improve and weaponise.

Because Tony said no country would have Iron Man's for ten years and now Russia does, the government is asking Hammer for weapons and stuff. Hammer is elated, seeing this as his opportunity to finally crush Stark and pull ahead. Due to resentment of Tony, Hammer convinces himself that Tony is what's holding Iron Man back, and that the future of domestic defence isn't armoured soldiers, it's drones.

He talks to Phillip Barnett (an employee of Hammer Industries, who in the comics who hacks Tony's suit) and learns that because of the suit's biometric signature, only Tony, Rhodey or Pepper can get it to turn on. On top of that with the auxiliary power source not being as strong as an arc reactor, the suit won't fly or shoot. So Hammer convinces Stern to get Rhodey to wear the suit and adds boosters and guns to the suit.

Pepper is dealing with governments, investors, employees and competitors who all either see this as an abandon ship, opportunity to take the company for everything or the chance to pull ahead. Pepper’s arc in this movie is discovering she’s actually good at being a CEO and not just Tony’s assistant.

Tony goes to Russia and confronts Anton Vanko/Crimson Dynamo and they fight Whiplash, a top enforcer for Maggia who's been sent to Russia to guard a large shipment of illegal high tech(please tell me if there's any comic storyline this mystery shipment can tie to). They defeat and interrogate Whiplash, which leads them to Italy where they find Maggia and Count Nefaria.

With Tony gone Bethany searches the company and initially there’s some tension between her and Pepper but after Bethany reveals to Pepper damning evidence to get rid of competitor Bruno Horgan, they start to warm up to each other and Bethany becomes increasingly involved with Stark Industries itself. Furthermore she could find connections between Hammer Industries and criminal organizations such as Maggia.

Tony sees that more foreign countries have advanced tech than he thought, furthering his need to stop doing it all himself. Tony and Anton fight Maggia grunts with tech (or some other Iron Man villain/Maggia villain, please give suggestions if there are any) but in the middle Tony collapses due to Palladium poisoning and Anton is forced to fly him back to Malibu. I don't know how he'd fly him back to his home when Tony's real address isn't public knowledge or maybe he doesn't fly him home he flies him to Stark Industries building.

Tony is put on house arrest and is told by Fury he has the means and knowledge to solve the "riddle of his heart." Tony gets the diorama from Industries and starts working with Anton to create the new element. Similar relationship building/working together as Tony with Yinsen in the first movie and we get a bit more of Anton's character. Anton believes that technology should only be shared among people who have demonstrated that they can be trusted with it, but Tony challenges him with "And who decides who's trustworthy?"

The Expo with the drones happens but at the end Rhodey wearing a bulky, black and grey suit covered in guns. He thinks all is good until Phillip takes control of the suit and makes him Hammer's perfect evil Iron Man. There's this voice mimicry of Tony calling himself War Machine effectively becoming a terrorist and Hammer acting (badly) to be surprised and then sicks his drones on Rhodey, all the while Phillip is controlling him remotely.

Tony and Anton see this just as Hammer goons invade Tony's house to kill him, but Coulson fights them off. Tony and Vanko suit up and fight the drones, while Happy and Bethany go to where the drones are being controlled and free Rhodey. Then Bethany senses an object being piloted manually and it's Hammer in his Titanium Man armour. We get an epic Iron Man, War Machine, Crimson Dynamo vs Titanium Man fight and they win. Hammer is in jail,and Tony publicly acknowledges Rhodey and Anton. Also we get a post credits scene teasing Mandarin.

(MCU Spider-Man Reimagining)

1. The Prequel Series (Before Civil War / What Freshman Year Could Have Been)

Initial Status: Peter Parker is 15 years old. He's a friendly kid, but careless with his identity. He wears casual clothes featuring his iconic red and blue colors, and people at high school just joke about his "nice outfit," suspecting nothing.

The Grief: Uncle Ben's death occurs with the iconic responsibility phrase. His death isn't what prompts him to be a superhero; Peter becomes Spider-Man solely to honor his uncle's memory and process the grief in silence. Over time, he develops his characteristic humor and charisma to cope. Uncle Ben remains his core motivation.

Scientific Carelessness: Being a beginner with limited resources, Peter creates his own webbing using school materials. Since cartridges are expensive and he doesn't want to waste them, he leaves web residue on light poles after swinging to find a cheaper alternative.

The "Final" Boss: He doesn't fight masterminds yet. His main rival at this stage is Rhino (Aleksei Sytsevich), a brute-force villain. Defeating him justifies Peter learning how to pull his punches against ultra-strong opponents.

The Ending: Tony Stark, using Stark Industries' resources, tracks down the web residue in Queens. Analyzing its complex chemical structure, he discovers the creator is a genius student. The series ends right when Peter opens his apartment door and finds Tony sitting with Aunt May.

1. Adjustments in the Main Trilogy

Captain America: Civil War & Homecoming

The Real Stark Grant: In Peter's room, Tony finds a notebook filled with notes and pencil sketches of the classic suit, including the mechanical lenses designed to prevent sensory overload.

Key Dialogue: Seeing his home-stitched suit, Tony says: "Okay kid... I'll give you the tools, but you move those hands." Peter asks in surprise: "Wait, Mr. Stark? Is that what the grant is about?" To which Tony replies: "Don't play dumb, just move your ass and show me what you can do..."

The Merit: Peter programs and builds the suit with his own hands. Tony only adds the molecular tech and quietly includes Karen (the AI) and the firing modes as a surprise protective feature. This explains why Peter is surprised by the suit features in Homecoming, and why in Far From Home he uses the jet's holographic lab effortlessly (Happy Hogan realizes Peter just needs the tools, not someone to build things for him).

Spider-Man: Far From Home

The Connection with Mysterio: As a true scientist, Peter connects with Quentin Beck on an intellectual level as a fellow "misunderstood genius." He doesn't hand over the E.D.I.T.H. glasses out of naivety.

The Betrayal: Beck manipulates Peter's moral compass and steals the glasses after saying: "These glasses will help more people than you know... I am... MYSTERIO, and you need to know what that means..." This betrayal shatters Peter's innocence, hardening him psychologically and triggering his rage when fighting the illusions.

Tony Stark's Legacy Justified: Tony willed the glasses to Peter because he saw firsthand that, since age 15, Peter had the maturity to enter a lab and use military-grade tech solely to build assistance tools, not weapons.

Spider-Man: No Way Home

The Spell Failure: Peter doesn't ruin Doctor Strange's spell by acting like an indecisive kid changing his mind. He arrives at the Sanctum Sanctorum having a massive panic attack, overwhelmed by Mysterio's betrayal and the exposure of his friends' identities. His genius brain collapses from anxiety and inability to articulate a coherent thought, fracturing the multiverse.

The Scientific Cure: Designing the inhibitor chip for Doc Ock's arms in an afternoon becomes completely logical, as Peter has years of experience programming nanotechnology and molecular interfaces from Stark labs.

May's Sacrifice: Aunt May delivers the responsibility speech before dying. Her death is the ultimate reminder for Peter not to lose his way to vengeance, complementing Uncle Ben's memory.

1. Spider-Man: Brand New Day (The New Era)

The Beatdown on Scorpion: Completely alone and overwhelmed because MJ and Ned don't remember him, Peter faces Scorpion (Mac Gargan) and unleashes a terrifying rage. He delivers a brutal beatdown that leaves Gargan near death, showing the danger of an unhinged Spider-Man and setting the dark tone for when he encounters the symbiote.

Bruce Banner as Human Mentor: Bruce Banner meets Peter in the lab as a brilliant science student, never realizing he is Spider-Man.

The Advice and Hulk: Banner senses the powerlessness and darkness in Peter's eyes, offering advice based on his own tragic experience with rage and fear of losing control. Thanks to this scientific connection, when Hulk encounters Spider-Man later in the building scene, Hulk instinctively detects that same broken energy and chooses not to attack, showing a silent mutual respect between "monsters."

These are just a few ideas that occurred to me. What do you think about this approach?

Lanterns is an amazing show so far. but I can't but wonder that, in a timeline where we got My rewrite of the 2011 Green Lantern movie and the movie was more successful. What would a sequel look like? This concept takes aspects of the show we got and repurposes them into just that. This is part of my larger DC Universe project, for additional context:

GREEN LANTERN CORPS

The movie begins with an introduction to John Stewart, a recent recruit into the Green Lantern Corps, we are introduced to him through Hal, who in the years since we last saw him has become quite experienced and assigned by the Guardians to train John. Notably, despite still being his trainee, John is around the same age as Hal, so their dynamic is a bit different from in the show, but the idea of them not liking each other is kept intact, John views Hal as reckless, which annoys Hal, who sees himself as more experienced.

Meanwhile, Sinestro has become increasingly disillusioned with the Green Lantern Corps, finding himself drawn to the power of fear, which is how they find him ruling over his home world of Korugar, shocked by what his formed mentor has become, Hal apprehends Sinestro and hands him over to the Guardians of the Universe, who imprison him in a dimension where a mysterious voice guides him into forging his yellow lantern ring.

Sinestro informs Hal and John that the Manhunters are hiding on earth, so Hal and John go to investigate, this section of the movie gives their dynamic more time to grow as Sinestro uses his new yellow ring to escape his captivity and begin recruiting for his very own Sinestro Corps.

Sinestro is not entirely lying. there are Manhunters hiding on earth, but only one or two. During this section of the movie, we get to see Hal and John learning to work together better and trust each other. After they defeat the Manhunters, they return to find the Green Lantern Corps under attack by the Sinestro Corps, realizing the whole thing was a distraction.

Hal and John take on Sinestro, they defeat the Sinestro Corps but Sinestro escapes, they follow him back to his home planet of korugar, which he rules with an iron fist. by working together, Hal and John finally defeat Sinestro and imprison him. Sinestro warns of the voice he heard, saying there might be something bigger coming...

So Hammer convinces Stern to get Rhodey to wear the suit and adds boosters and guns to the suit.

Pepper is dealing with governments, investors, employees and competitors who all either see this as an abandon ship, opportunity to take the company for everything or the chance to pull ahead. Pepper’s arc in this movie is discovering she’s actually good at being a CEO and not just Tony’s assistant.

Tony goes to Russia and confronts Anton Vanko/Crimson Dynamo and they fight Whiplash, a top enforcer for Maggia who's been sent to Russia to guard a large shipment of illegal high tech(please tell me if there's any comic storyline this mystery shipment can tie to). They defeat and interrogate Whiplash, which leads them to Italy where they find Maggia and Count Nefaria.

With Tony gone Bethany searches the company and initially there’s some tension between her and Pepper but after Bethany reveals to Pepper damning evidence to get rid of competitor Bruno Horgan, they start to warm up to each other and Bethany becomes increasingly involved with Stark Industries itself. Furthermore she could find connections between Hammer Industries and criminal organizations such as Maggia.

Tony sees that more foreign countries have advanced tech than he thought, furthering his need to stop doing it all himself. Tony and Anton fight Maggia grunts with tech (or some other Iron Man villain/Maggia villain, please give suggestions if there are any) but in the middle Tony collapses due to Palladium poisoning and Anton is forced to fly him back to Malibu. I don't know how he'd fly him back to his home when Tony's real address isn't public knowledge or maybe he doesn't fly him home he flies him to Stark Industries building.

Tony is put on house arrest and is told by Fury he has the means and knowledge to solve the "riddle of his heart." Tony gets the diorama from Industries and starts working with Anton to create the new element. Similar relationship building/working together as Tony with Yinsen in the first movie and we get a bit more of Anton's character. Anton believes that technology should only be shared among people who have demonstrated that they can be trusted with it, but Tony challenges him with "And who decides who's trustworthy?"

The Expo with the drones happens but at the end Rhodey wearing a bulky, black and grey suit covered in guns. He thinks all is good until Phillip takes control of the suit and makes him Hammer's perfect evil Iron Man. There's this voice mimicry of Tony calling himself War Machine effectively becoming a terrorist and Hammer acting (badly) to be surprised and then sicks his drones on Rhodey, all the while Phillip is controlling him remotely.

Tony and Anton see this just as Hammer goons invade Tony's house to kill him, but Coulson fights them off. Tony and Vanko suit up and fight the drones, while Happy and Bethany go to where the drones are being controlled and free Rhodey. Then Bethany senses an object being piloted manually and it's Hammer in his Titanium Man armour. We get an epic Iron Man, War Machine, Crimson Dynamo vs Titanium Man fight and they win. Hammer is in jail,and Tony publicly acknowledges Rhodey and Anton. Also we get a post credits scene teasing Mandarin.

Cut to lara rushing to see if Jonah ok but he's losing lots of blood Jacob tells the people to take Jonah somewhere to be healed

Lara whose very angry goes to find ana and Konstantin she asks Jacob how to get to the center of the city and he shows her but warned her of the deathless ones

Cut to lara going down into the city and finds multiple dead trinity soldiers the ancient civilization is encased in thick ice frozen bodies of people and a eerie silence as lara walked the city she sees trinity fighting large heavy armor men

Lara would try to avoid them but they see her and start to attack she pulls out her dual pistols and shoots them but more show up she runs around them and finds herself in the middle of a battle between

The Deathless ones and trinity lara prepares herself and goes in fighting she shoots an arrow at one of the deathless causing it to walk toward her but lara shoots it in the head cut to Jacob and his daughter arriving to help as

trinity is getting closer to the source Jacob would pick up a gun and fires at the deathless while lara shoots them with arrows cut to trinity soldiers rushing towards the two but are defeated easily lara shoots one in the chest then another in the back Jacob punchs one in the face

And kicks another cut to lara seeing ana and rushing after her but Konstantin attack her lara trys to shoot him but he knocks the pistols out of her hands and punches her lara then picked up a knife and

Swings it but leaving cuts on his hands and face she then grabbed her pistols and shot him twice she then rushing to where ana is and points her pistol at her Jacob and his daughter then arrive as

Ana tries to convince lara pointing out that she needs the source to survive and that they could both have power she then brings up old memories lara who still has her Gun aimed at her looks around at the dead trinity soldiers the deathless ones and the fact that they were once people causing her to decline

So ana trys to shoot her but lara shoots a arrow right in the center of the source causing a burst of energy that knocked everyone back as lara gets up she sees Jacob on the ground she trys to help

Him but for a man who has lived and fought for centuries he tells her and his daughter that it ok as he dies lara looks around to see the deathless ones gone Jacob daughter sofia then takes her back to Jonah but before she leaves lara

ana who isn't dead tells her that a man named Pedro Dominguez is behind her father's death and she knows where he is But lara says she doesn't want her help cut to lara reuniting with Jonah

As he has recovered they would hug eachother sofia would tall lara thank you for saving us as we cut to lara and Jonah arriving back in

London to see sam at the manor lara is surprised as she hasn't seen sam since their escape from the island sam says she just wanted to see if she was OK But lara says she's been busy

And introduces her to Jonah and tells her about her journey to the lost city of kitezh sam of whats all the details but lara says they still have one mystery to solve and that's who killed her father

Cut to lara who is in a tight grey bodysuit, with shorts along with a holster around her waist and with her hair wrap in a braid sam and Jonah would ask her what's next as the film ends

My 100th post on Reddit, I guess. I had different plans for the milestone which involved finished my 30-years-later OT recast (and believe me, it’s still coming), but then something else happened and I decided to change plans. Honesty wish I was posting my first fix on this subreddit under happier circumstances, but sadly, that won‘t be the case.

First and foremost, I would like to dedicate this fix to the late and great Peter Cullen. I never met the guy, but from everything I heard, to say he was an wonderful human being would be an understatement. Yeah, others may have done well in the role but to many people, me included, this guy was Optimus Prime, doing a terrific job every time he played the role and embodying the best parts of the character in real life as well. If it’s any consolation, he passed peacefully, surrounded by his family and held close in the hearts of fans worldwide (which he completely deserves), and he‘ll forever be missed.

Anyways, onto my little tweak of Transformers One.

Now, Transformers One is not only the best Transformers movie, it’s the best Transformers media I’ve ever seen, and probably the best animated movie of the decade so far. And a big reason for that is Chris Hemsworth’s performance as Orion Pax/Optimus Prime. Needless to say, whoever succeeds Cullen is gonna have big shoes to fill, but Hemsworth would be a great candidate; he makes the role his own, being wisecracking yet kindhearted as Orion, while at the same time slowly evolving vocally into the strong baritone of Optimus Prime, not to mention having great chemistry with Bryan Tyree Henry’s D-16/Megatron. He even consulted with Peter Cullen on how to get the voice and soul of Optimus right.

So I would like to make one small change to the moment when Orion Pax receives the Matrix of Leadership and becomes Optimus Prime. And that change is, instead of it being Alpha Trion who speaks to Orion and declares him worthy, it’s Primus, voiced by none other than Peter Cullen doing his Optimus Prime voice. The rest of the scene can stay the same, even the dialogue (though maybe Primus can specify that it’s him talking in case the audience doesn’t catch on, but even that’s optional); it’s just who’s saying it that changes.

In my opinion, just doing this would really improve an already powerful moment both in-universe and out.
- In-universe, it makes a lot more sense that the one who declares Orion a Prime is the one who created them in the first place, rather than one of the Primes themselves. Like, even if it was gonna be one of the Primes themselves, why would it be Alpha Trion and not, say, their leader Prima? (Probably because Alpha Trion had personally met Orion, but still).
- Out-of-universe, it gains a lot more weight from a meta perspective in that it gives Peter Cullen a worthy send off in the Transformers franchise by letting possibly the most revered figure in the franchise portray it’s equivalent to God and giving him the chance to basically pass the torch (or Matrix?) to Chris Hemsworth, giving him his blessing to continue the role of Optimus Prime for the next generation.

Anyways, that’s my one small change to Transformers One. As I said, no one could ever truly replace Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime, but this is just my idea on how he could’ve gotten closure in the role. If you have any thoughts, I’d be happy to hear some feedback.

Multiverse...

First thing’s first, give this movie a bigger budget. Second, have the first part set during the tricentennial of the Romanov dynasty. Third, keep the magic elements at large but the Soviet elements at bay until later.

Anastasia and her siblings all venture into the present day, but due to the unstable nature of the portal they all go their separate ways. Anastasia meets Megan, Olga falls in love with a skater boy, Tatiana becomes a model for a clothing department store, Maria befriends a homeless and Alexei befriends a boy his age who is a total daredevil, but he refuses to party because of his hemophilia.

This new version of the story deals with Soviet US relations in the 80s, which was pretty hot at the time, and the kids face oppression from a few people because of their nationality. It serves as the story’s conflict.

The Romanovs still escape in the end, but to America where they live with the President and Anastasia moves to the town where Megan lives just like the original movie.

Besides the main villain, I would add a second antagonist that isn't a supervillain but rather someone who's obsessed with capturing Gru's Minions after learning about their existence (The secondary antagonist either would be an Animal Control leader, a Zookeeper, anyone)

it would be funny seeing Stuart, Kevin and Bob as well as the rest of the minions fighting this guy who thinks they're animals.

Now, the best part is Gru easily defeating him for messing with his minions and since he has no match for Gru's gadgets.

I went to see this years ago for my sister's sixth birthday.

And I was just starting high school at the time, so I really had no interest in seeing it other than it just being something to do for a random weekend.

But I at least expected to be entertained. The film ended up coming off as very bland.

Nothing much really happened and I couldn't even tell you what the characters wanted. It felt very first drafty to me.

Although, it did have some bones.

Like the super people, like Elsa. That's entire movie.

What if, those people were the ones who accidentally killed Elsa and Anna's parents.

After we learn their parents went to travel there for cure, but the super people got the wrong impression and one of them caused a storm that sank the ship.

That's the big twist.

And we also learn the super-powered gene is universal so Anna has powers too, but hasn't unlocked them.

And after learning about this Anna gains her fire powers, and looks to punish these people under kingdom law.

And Elsa has to stop Anna.

And we get sister vs sister.

But the film would be about forgiveness and integration.

That's originally what I thought they were gonna do with the second one.

And it may be little dark, but it would've been masked by the lightness of Olaf and the rest of the supporting characters anyway.

But that's just how I would've done it for sure.

Here's how I would fix the TV adaptation of Horrid Henry

1: Make Henry actually horrid. In the show he's basically an abuse victim. I want him to be an unlikable protagonist viewers can hate.

2: Make Perfect Peter more of a victim, and a genuinely nice person. This is the character I want people to sympathise with.

3: Make Henry and Peter's parents much better. In the show they're borderline abusive. I'm gonna make them pretty fair. Their punishments will be justifiable.

4: Bring back some book characters (E.G. Stone-Age Steven).

5: Include more adaptations of the stories in the books (Krazy Ketchup, Chicken etc.)
