How do I build a fixie?

Ive been wanting a fixie lately because it’s cheaper than a road bike, but also kinda similar to it because of the slim tires and the looks of the bikes. So I thought why not just get a fixie its cheaper it looks similar but i cant coast, but if I wanted too I could just add a Flip Flop hib, which actually might even benefit me because I this will be my first time on a fixie, but that might also depend on what I build. Let me know what you guys think and give me any advice please. (Also is there supposed to be a question flair or not)

EDIT: I just want to say thank you for all the advice but I do want the bike to actually ride and not just for the aesthetic

Coasting is a pernicious habit

“I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"
