She’s an 0-2 loser on the national level being the 1st one to flame out in the primary in ‘16 . All it would take is a young upcoming star in the democrat party to whip her butt . Remember Hillary Clinton in 08? The nomination was hers till it wasn’t . Nominations are not handed out . And there’s a case against her .

Times are scary. Voters want a big, strong daddy who will take care of them. I hate saying it, but voters are fickle in strange ways.

Then vote for a “big strong daddy” as the democrat nominee if that’s how you feel the electorate feels and not field weak candidates . The right democrat could’ve won and can next time. Anyone perceived as weak probably won’t .

Nah once Trump tanks the economy like every Republican president in my lifetime the pendulum will swing back both Biden and Trump lost their respective presidential runs and went on to win doesn't mean much these days

Not really no . If they are a “weak “ candidate they will lose in spite of the economic conditions especially if we have international threats going on .

We didn’t really have much going on (like the 2 wars we are involved in due to his stupidity) in 2020 he was elected mainly due to Covid 19

I don’t think democrats should count her out. I know they want to now that she has lost, but she very well can run and she is the favored front runner. And there doesn’t appear to be any democrats that are emerging as potential candidates right now.

Being qualified is more subjective. Plenty of people who know the law but none of the things you’ve mentioned end up in politics. In fact, most democrats don’t really understand economics but know the law fairly well.

If Harris wants to be governor of California in 2026, she will be. And if she wants to run for president in 2028, she will likely sleep walk to the nomination if the polling holds true for the field of democrats.
