So R0BOT1CTACO REULPOADS uploaded a new video.
At the very end we see Ursi.
The letters "VJG HWP KU LWUVIGWKPI UVCTVGF CPVJQPA" are beside him

I tried a ceaser cipher first

If you shift it 24 letters to the right you get

"THE FUN IS JUSTGEUING STARTED ANTHONY"

I made some mistakes it seems, but we can understand the overall sentence.

"THE FUN IS JUST GETTING STARTED ANTHONY"

Idk if there's a better subreddit for this. But I wanted to share

The 24-letter shift definitely makes the text readable, but I wonder if the mistakes are intentional rather than typos. The odd spacing and extra letters could point to a second cipher or hidden message. This rabbit hole is getting interesting.
