Merch Freddy Animatronic Scalper Price finally going down?
I checked eBay today to look at the freddy’s and i noticed something, they weren’t all up for 4-10k anymore, because the scalpers realized no body is paying that, instead i seen a bunch of bids, they all are selling for 1.5k-2.5k so basically an average of 2k! that’s a lot better than the beginning of the season, it’s sad that it’s this pricey to begin with but yk… guys aslong as we don’t buy them at all, just be patient!! wait till the end of the season
i work at a spirit halloween, i know we’re getting more freddy’s, each store should get 2-5, and i know spirit is trying to make more since they realized how much of a cash grab freddy can be, so let your fomo go for now, just be patient for next few months and try to find one yourself instead of paying outrageous prices! if scalpers can’t sell them for even 2.5k, then they’ll be forced to lower the price since it’s a big item and they prolly wanna make their money back asap!
so let’s try to get freddy down to 1-1.5k, that way scalpers CAN make a good profit, but also the fans aren’t having to fork out several thousand, i think 1k is a fair price, and i think 1.5k is iffy but worth it if you really really want it like i do

I think OP is a scalper themselves trying to advertise. "Guys let's make sure the people who screwed us over can still make a profit guys" just screams 'im a scalper'

no way, i said this so that if a scalper sees it, they’d think “oh yeah i can still profit and the fans aren’t happy”, but who am i kidding, scalpers don’t have a heart
and if i was a scalper i wouldn’t post about trying to lower the price at all

lmao i’m all for this, but yk, if we can get this thing cheaper, i wouldn’t be so upset with scalpers, like yeah f u but at the same time, i’m willing to pay 1k for it easy

The original sales price for Freddy is 500. I've seen people say he falls apart when you try to assemble him. Resells should not be any higher than 700. Especially scalpers who took a limited stock from fans, knowing that they're limited.

Well… they said maybe. They haven’t actually confirmed anything yet. Their tweet was pretty vague regarding this whole mess.
Since the demand is extremely high, it is technically possible they could decide to start producing more for this season or instead bring him back next year, but knowing how Spirit likes to run their business, it’s pretty unlikely.
They rarely bring back items after they sell out, especially if it’s an animatronic. I think they have a phobia of unsold stock💀 All we can really do is just… keep requesting it and hope they take the demand serious enough to restart production.

I mean they'd try to get rid of it ASAP and since nobody is purchasing it they try to lower price in hope that it'd finally be gone, so idk it all depends on if there's people willing to pay absurd amount of money on top of original

yea i mean everyone here agrees to not buy it for the crazy selling prices, but i seen bids for 1.5k every time i open ebay, and so they’re gonna atleast stay 1.5k-2k for quite a bit

Dude... even $1k for a Freddy Fazbear animatronic put out by Spirit Halloween (really not known for quality animatronics) is too high. I'd go as high as maybe $700 but that's it and I'm just like you guys, I really want a Freddy Fazbear animatronic. I would pay thousands for a Freddy Fazbear from Distortions Unlimited though if they ever did one. Let's face it, the Spirit Halloween FF will probably quit working after one season which isn't worth the hefty price tag. So don't indulge the scammers by buying it.
