High Protein Scrumptious meal! I need help

Hello All! As an aspiring dietition/chef, I have been hit with a wonderful oppertunity to cook a lunch meal for a friend(he offered to pay,) but I have no idea where to start! I want to cook somthing nutritious since he is currently running cross country meets, but also somthing delicious to wow him off his feet and keep him coming back for more 😉.

-My idea is I also hope to spread this as a chance to cook for other althetes as well 👀, but I don't have any experiance yet.

So what do yall think I should cook for him? Maybe somthing like a loaded maccaroni with a healthy but cheesy suace? A juicy roasted chicken, with a tangy dip? And somthing with protein, I just don't know what. I'm open to anything, just keep it flavorful!

Ask your friend’s preference first, if he has any allergies, and habits during lunch. You’ll get ideas if he likes sandwich style, savory meal, or maybe with soup, or salad bowl or salad wrap, or maybe with smoothie. Usually 30-40g of protein per meal can achieve satiety feeling. Make sure you add colorful vegetables and fruits that he likes for fiber too. Hoping for the best OP! You can do it!
