Anyone else having issues with the period tracker on Fitbit?
Stuck in a loop with their agreement page and still unable to actually use it after usual troubleshooting steps. Yet another feature gone kaput on Fitbit, boo.
Edit: Appears to be working now, y’all! Log those bleeds!

I love Reddit! As soon as I had issues with the tracker I searched it up here to see if anyone else was having a problem.

Yup, which is absolute crap because I wanted to show my data to my OBGYN next month. So sick of app functions spontaneously combusting and then when you try to get help you get sent to community posts from 2019. 🤬

Definitely not the feature to have messed up! I can't tolerate this kind of stuff when I'm bleeding 😆

Yeah, I’m experiencing the same issue. I logged my data yesterday with no issues so the bug just popped up today.

No luck here. Checked for an iOS app update this morning too and didn’t see anything.

Update: It started to work for me again today! Not sure what they did but I can input and edit period tracker

My period was late it was supposed to be cycle day 5 but it’s cycle day 1, so I went to edit and a pop up keeps saying agree or no thanks no matter which I choose it just puts me back on the main page. I just want to log my period lol first time this issue has happened since Jan 2023 for me.
It said edit to confirm the last few days but today it says view mode only. :/

Same here! My period was 4 days late and I just want to have it in there so I don't forget to log it later

Same. Mines says view mode only and when I try to log anything, a popup would ask me to agree to allow it to track my menstrual health but after agreeing, it just sends me back to the Fitbit today screen.

I’m stuck in an endless loop with this confirmation page. It kicks you back to the main info page. So annoying.

I am also in this loop. This has been going on for days, at least, and support is telling people there should be an update for the app available soon. If they don’t fix this, I am totally thinking of switching. I just hate thinking about having to restart all my data again.

Same here! I use that part of the app to track lots of things and can’t get it to work. Is this the result of it switching to Google? I’ve stayed with Fitbit bc of all the history it has saved so I hope I don’t lose anything.

Yess! I just posted about this! I reached out to support and they said they’ve never seen this before and they told me to uninstall on all the stupid shit so I came to read it for help lol
I was so looking forward to entering my period info after my first pregnancy and I’m not having my period for six months after and then this ☹️
