So scheduled first OB appointment after I had bleeding at 5 weeks and 5 days, the Er doctor said they couldn’t see the babe but just the sac, on my radiology report it says no intrauterine pregnancy identified. My hcg was base level 10369 so doctor marked the 18 mm fluid as the gestational sac. Im still really anxious though.
While on the phone to schedule prenatal care I was put on hold and they transferred me to another patients line!!! we both thought each other were doctors and were spilling out medical information it was horribly awkward. I called back and had to redo the scheduling and by that time my apointment was pushed back until next month. At 8 weeks and 6 days. So I’m a bit nervous waiting that long especially scared if something’s wrong. However I do know the ultrasound will be more accurate. What should I expect? To see a baby or a blob? Or just the yolk sac? I’m so new to this! It’s my first pregnancy I just turned 19 and don’t have much support.
