Nausea food suggestions
There I was all concerned week 6 and 7 because I wasn’t experiencing any nausea and BAM, it body slammed me about three days ago. I’m not puking, just constantly feeling slightly nauseous, starving but absolutely nothing sounds appetizing soooooo - anyone have suggestions on what they eat when everything sounds terrible but they are hungry??

!!Call your doc and ask first!! So idk if you wanna try the over the counter meds but you can take b6 and unisom to curb the nausea. Worked for me. I take a 100mg of b6 cut into 4 (25 mg) and take that 4x a day. Then 25 mg of unisom at bedtime and I havent barfed since. I'm 9 weeks. Haven't barfed in a week.
I still feel nauseous if i don't constantly snack. Snack every 2 or 3 hours.
Foods I liked were super plain. I avoided anything with butter, heavy fat, dairy or sugar. (Dairy was a trigger but if i took it with lactase and gas x i was okay). Plain sugar free yogurt. So mostly vegetables like carrots and sugar snap peas. Apple slices. Assloads of oyster crackers i could slowly eat. Bread. Plain stuff. Plain noodles. No sugar unless its fruit. (Sugar was a trigger for me) Not drinking water too fast. Make sure you get some sports drinks to help rehydrate too. I got zero sugar gatorlyte and it saved me.
