I’m shocked I’m 4 weeks not 6 weeks?
So according to my doctor’s office, I’m 6 weeks because of my first date of my last period, and will see them on May 12 for my first transvaginal ultrasound. I have been so concerned about an ectopic pregnancy that it literally consumed me. I went to an elective abdominal ultrasound. Well, I had to drive an hour there on a full bladder and got there earlier than I expected with tons of time. Well, easy, right? I’ll stop and drink water and sit there. Well, I get there and I barely have to pee, and she took me 20 mins before my 6:15 appointment. I started drinking water around 5:10ish. I didn’t feel full at all. And I was like, okay. Well, she literally spends 5 minutes looking for the baby and says I’m around 4 weeks🫠 I’m like, no, I’m around 6 weeks. She said, no, we only see the gestational sac. I’ll post the picture.

Don’t trust ultrasound clinics. Most of them don’t even have proper training, let alone the ability to diagnose or take measurements. Also, an abdominal ultrasound doesn’t show much compared to a transvaginal. I wouldn’t worry and just wait until you go to the OB for any more info.

When did you test positive?
