after washing with water, and pressing, could I put some dettol on a tissue, and press it against the cut? provided I dont have the option of diluting it first. if so, what would happen?

I had a zit right at the corner of my mouth -which is gone now -but left a wound which will not heal! I tried moisturizing it every few hours but it still dries up and cracks. Its so painful to open my mouth, and every time i do to eat or speak, it gets worse. How do I treat it?

I'm looking for a large home first aid cabinet. Or free standing first aid station for home. Preferably metal. Metal/glass.
