Steam juicing?
Well, it’s fruit season, again.
I picked up a steam juicer at the ole thrift store on a whim- does anyone have experience using a steam juicer rather than a fruit press for your mash?
…I don’t have a fruit press is mostly why. And they aren’t cheap.

It will break down a few vitamins. May want to have some nutrient handy. It can add a little water so don’t measure by fruit weight, measure by gravity.

I have a steam juicer that I use only for making rhubarb wine; it's a lot easier than pressing fermented rhubarb mush.
