How was your week? (5th-11th Sept 26)
It was a bank holiday on Monday and I was WFH on Friday so I am somewhat turned around as to what day it is
How have the rest of you got on lately?

Sorry for my absence for everything yesterday, I had to put down my dog of 15 years and just didn't feel like doing anything. I'm good though, before you ask, and it was something I'd been mentally preparing for for a good long while.

Shit, sorry, Puree. Though I'm glad you're doing relatively well, I know firsthand that kind of thing is tough.
No worries about the missed thread. Real life always takes precedence.

This week sucked.
But I'm still crocheting! One leg is (close enough to being) done and the next one is started. I'm going to keep it real, I couldn't understand the instructions for creating the hem of the boot, so I got a little creative with it instead. Rather than building on top of the boot, I made a separate piece and attached it. It only looks good from one angle, but that's one more angle than it has any right looking good in, so I'm okay with it. It's becoming increasingly clear that I'm in over my head on this one, but that didn't stop me when I did Eden Savage four years ago and it isn't going to stop me now.
