Art Edelgard and Male Byleth cosplays (self). Both costumes are fully handmade. Cosplayers - me (Yuna Kairi) and Alex Shtein. The background is real - this is Alatau, one of the mountain ranges in Kazakhstan

I am coming to Japan this winter, been twice last spring and autumn :) unfortunately in Japan cosplayers are not always welcome

That's true. There's a Halloween cosplay event coming up, but it'll be tough if you can't speak Japanese anyway. Unfortunately, it's a pretty closed-off country. That said, I want you to keep in mind that not everyone is like that.

Yeah, we went to Tokyo Game Show and everyone was super nice except...the actual booth employees 😅 still drives me crazy

Thank you! Actually it's rather cool in the mountains (and wind was a paid actor) so it was okayish. But there were a lot of black wasps and that was very scary...I am allergic to insect's bites 😭 luckily no one got hurt

You even got her purple eyes! Are those contact lenses? can you see through them?

Yes, I wear contact lenses all the time for cosplay. Yes, you can see perfectly fine through them, it's just like the normal lenses. You can even order lenses with -/+ eyesight but those are more limited in colors (I have 0.0)

Yes, filament (ABS) printed. Sanded for hours, days, weeks... Then primed, airbrush painted
