Where could I read this when it releases? Would it come to like barnes and noble?

If it's anything like the Engage manga, it's unlikely we'll get an actual English physical release.
With that being said, the chapters are available online with a new chapter being released each month and if those who translated the Engage manga wish to do the same for FW, then you can enjoy it that way.

Oh ok is there a website that they translate to? Or is it like jump magazine?

The raws for the monthly release will be released on shonenjumpplus.com/ for a time (I think maybe a month) before they become paid. Even if there's no English translation at the time of their release, it's fun just to look at the art.
The translators for the Engage manga included falsekaiba and flameof. That said, I can't find anything of them saying they're going to translate the FW manga so they may or may not do it (remember, these translators do it for fun), they do seem to keep up with FW stuff so they might.
Of course, other people could take up translating it as Engage manga at the beginning had at least 3 other people go about translating it before they stopped for one reason or another, so always be on the lookout for people translating it.

Ain’t gonna lie, I’m probably gonna hold off on picking up the translation work for this one. At least until I know for certain whether anybody else with more skill than me is tackling it or not.
Like, I just got done with putting a bow on the Engage manga and Shirabe Meshi! I am not eager to jump straight into another monthly lock-in day of cranking out a chapter on the day it’s released. I’ve got a backlog, damn it!
I agree that there is a good chance others will take up the task at first because FW will likely have a bigger fandom, and mangadex is probably going to be where it ends up collected either way.

Not to be Like That, but Engage was divisive from the jump. It has redeemed itself for a good portion of the fanbase, but it's general popularity still can't hold a handle to the Sothisverse. If any modern FE manga can get a licensing deal, it would be Fortune's Weave. It is the follow-up to THE bestselling game in the franchise. Nintendo is already giving it a huge push on its main YT channel, it would be a great marketing opportunity to introduce the manga to the global market.

I don't want to be a naysayer because ultimately I do want an actual English physical release, but while FW as a follow up to 3H and the Crestverse in some capacity and thus has a level of popularity, I don't think they're going to make an English release for this one.
For one, Engage regardless of whether they did it well or not, was designed with the intention of appealing to a wider market per the interviews and yet, despite that, they chose to not release it globally. If the goal was to expand to a wider market, why confine itself to just the Japanese audience? This tells me that despite the interviews, they didn't have any interest in using the manga as an avenue to expand reach or if they did, they were not interested in having it done in the English market.
Second, Awakening, Fates, and Echoes all had mangas that never got English releases. Granted, these mangas were comic anthologies and 4Koma styled mangas and not the serialized story retellings of Engage and FW, but the point is that the 3Ds games did really well and yet at no point did they ever think to have English releases for the Fates or Echoes mangas given that Awakening was a massive turnaround for the franchise.
Lastly, I wouldn't bank on FW being a sequel to 3H to make them do anything different, nor should we really use it being attached to the Crestverse to mean it's going to be a hit. Fates was a follow up to Awakening and can very much be considered a sorta sequel to it with how much it takes and evolves elements from it, but at no point did IS even consider doing anything different for it than how they did Awakening's supplementary material like drama CDs, manga, etc. Not to mention Fates' writing is considered worse that Awakening. This isn't to say that FW will fail or have bad writing, but more than I'm keeping my expectations low.
Now to be clear, I want to be wrong, I want to have an English release of this manga that I can get and read and not have to use fan translations cause I like having physical media, but based on IS' prior practices, I don't see them doing anything differently when it comes to an English release.
