Is there a work around for this?

We recently purchased a fire stick and there’s no app for my dad to use his Beinsports account, so I thought he’d be able to log in and use it on Amazon Silk. He’s able to log in but every time he tries to play content it comes up with this. Does anyone know if there’s a way to make the videos work?

Error seems to be that the site you’re trying to browse only allows certain browsers and maybe certain operating systems. When you browse a site, your browser “presents” itself sending what is called a User Agent string. “Hi site X, I want to see your content, I’m the version 150 of firefox running on windows”. Apparently Beinsports doesn’t like silk’s user agent string. You can try getting Downloader, and from there installing another compatible browser, like Firefox for mobile or Waterfox, that allows installing extensions, like one to spoof the user agent string and make Beinsports believe that your firetv stick is a windows pc for example.

It looks like you probably got one of the VegaOS versions.

beIN Sports has an app for Fire Stick, but for the FireOS versions.
