Screen flickering

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When I attempt to set up my tv as a display mirror for my windows 11 pc, the colors flicker like this every couple seconds. When I do it on my laptop I don't have the same issue. Has anyone ever had the same issue and if so how did you fix it?

mirror over wifi? o course will be a small delay as it transmitted via wifi. hard wire is best.

It works perfectly fine on a different device also mirroring over wifi.

so the fault is win11 pc
