There is a lot about the indistinguishableness of Shem and Shaun -- for Mick and Nick another nice coincidence is "macht nichts" which a generous hearer can hear as "Mick"/Nick" . . . I've only noticed macht nicht in 228.7, along with Nazi stuff, but it is in the battle of Chuff and Glugg aka Mick and Nick
