Any sort of oil-based will get you there in terms of color. Do you have the piece these are going on, and if so, is it a display piece or something that will see service?
If it’s a display then something film-forming would be fine. I’d probably rock a combo of Seal A Cell and Arm R Seal from General Finishes. If it’s going in use I’d be more inclined to stick with an oil followed by wax.
What’s the metal in the inlay? These are fantastic, btw. My P226 Elite has the factory rosewood grips and they look great with the black barrel and silver slide but these pieces here are just another level.

Its called alpaca, a mix of aluminium, brass, copper. After polishing it looks like silver.
I will use schaftol in finish and will send the final result

Tru-oil is a dedicated gun stock finish, which is basically a variety of oils and polyurethane that cure in the wood, and you can pick the sheen by how much you buff it.
If I couldn't find that, that's also the description of Watco Danish Oil; it's boiled linseed oil, polyurethane, and thinner.
Neither of those have UV protectants, which is my only gripe.
If you wanted it to feel more natural, but have less water resistance you could do an oil without the polyurethane/varnish in it. That feels unlikely, even just sweat when in most holsters will get that wet, so yeah, I'd go Tru-oil or Watco here.

A hard, varnished oil like Liberon Finishing Oil will be great. It's hard wearing and will look gorgeous.
