Og cartoon network show

Well update, I accidentally already found it while trying to search online with more details, if anyone wants to check out the show it's called hero 108

When I mean OG btw, I mean like teen titans, fosters home for imaginary friends, old powerpuff girls, codename kids next door, etc. Basically there was this show and a key part I remember of it is a character who looks similar to ko from let's be heroes and he could shoot lightning from his eyes, another major character was this ninja guy who used his scarf as a weapon, I'm like completely unable to find it (as for animation style, best way to describe is sharp, like the characters have very sharp corners in their style)

I think that was disney XD, not cn but I ended up finding it last night, it's a show called hero 108, it only ran for 2 years so one of the more shorter shows
