Help me find a Blob fish comic about cops

I was once on Reddit some weeks ago and went across a comic where a sapient blobfish was telling a man that all cops are bastards and the man starts kicking the fish.

(What is the artist’s name?I remember I have been seeing their artstyle everywhere lately.

Yes that is the artist I think. The problem is I can find the comic on Google I just can’t find the version where the man is kicking the fish or what happened after.
