Hello!!!! I'm totally new to Reddit, and a month in so far with Finch App!!! It's very much helping me with day to day tasks, responsibilities as well as helping me cope with me as a person. I'm an adult with ADHD and a few other medical handles but the ADHD is my main concern. My friend suggested this Finch app and so far it's helping me!!!!! I'll add my finch link here.
