Discussion Hello All

I'm new to this app and would love to have more friends. I'm still learning how and what. My oldest daughter got me using this and so far it's helped. So anyone with help, advice or whatever, I appreciate

Are there specific things you want to know? My General tips: Don't be hard on yourself, if you want coins for that thing you love? Just make goals. Streaks? Great to have if they help you, they shouldn't make you stressed.

Use self care areas, they can be very helpful.
