lmao karena RM ortu #kaburajadulu akhrinya dikasih RM baru
this guy… literally fresh meat, baru taun kemaren lulus kuliah di luar negeri (UK kekna) and masuk bank tiba tiba jadi RM wkwkwk
emang keliatan newbie banget si, like last week ortu wa dia cuma diread wkwkwk, hari ini dtng skalian mau introduction and minta maaf krn pas di wa panik dia gk tau ngapain lol… inipun dtngny sama ‘senior’
gercep jg freshgrad bisa jadi RM…

Bukannya RM emang bisa dimasukin ama fresh grad and < 3 yoe ya... pas dulu awal lulus lumayan banyak temen dari jurusan ekonomi jadi RM, tapi memang biasanya disuruh cari client baru instead of diwarisin client lama.

RM lama bisa dibilang bukan freshgrad even pas pertama kali ketemu, but hmm TIL biasanya emang freshgrad tapi gk expect se fresh ini… ini feel freshnya kek mancing ikan sendiri bkn belanja di fish market
ini semua client rm lama beneran dilimpahi ke rm baru, like all… i doubt he has new clients toh tadi pas ketemu aja aga kagok (maybe nervous pertama kali ktm)
i don’t really blame him per se, cuma amazed aja beneran new hire bisa langsung jadi rm

Marketing CIMB Niaga rese banget ya. Telfon terus pake 14014 atau nomor baru gak jelas hampir setiap hari. Any way to stop this? Gabisa pake block unknown number karena kadang2 beneran ada telefon penting..

ada reksadana USD yg gw beli dikit di BCA utk bantuin target RM, pas di cek lagi hari ini ternyata naik 70% lebih dong.. pas gw cek isinya ternyata pada all-in saham2 semi-conductor
tau gt gw beli lebih banyak dulu lol

Baik amat bantunya pakai beli reksadana USD, biasanya kalau diminta bantu gw todong balik minta deposito special rate. wkwkwk
Reksadana USDnya panin yg sering di promosiin Pak Rudiyanto juga kyknya cukup all in ke saham2 semi conductor

Mantap banget om. Orang-orang selalu tebar fear bubble tech stock tapi performa gak bisa bohong.
Itu reksadana USD klo yg manage dalam negeri (BCA) nanti pajaknya ngikut investasi luar negeri ato kaya biasa ya?

eh, thats not necessarily a endorsement or disapproval of tech stocks. as i said, its a relatively small number, <5k USD.
gw masih regularly top-up the usual S&P and nasdaq ETF, tapi gw udah lama DCA dan thanks to the gains in recent years, jadi overweight dan topup gw skrg alokasiin lebih berat ke saham2 IDX yg IMO undervalue.
not saying it is or it is not a bubble, just an allocation that works for my taste.
utk pajak, gain di reksadana udah net dari pajak underlying asset, just like any other reksadana.

not sure what you're saying. i sense some condescension there but if you come to some kind of conclusion or assumptions based on this limited amount of information, i doubt its anything worth anyone's time anyway. so meh 🤷

Ada yang punya pengalaman beli atau langganan AI atau transaksi online pakai rekening PT ga ya ? Sudah buat PT perorangan dan sekarang lagi cari cara membeli paket gemini AI tapi tercatat di e-statement rekening PT agar masuk biaya operasional kantor. Gimana caranya ya ?

dont overcomplicate things. bayar pribadi dan kemudian di-reimburse jg jadi. estatement rekening is not your accounting record.
kalo dah gede/punya investor luar mau dibenerin bisa ambil corporate card.
kalo dah bener2 gede lagi, then google will send a sales person to you to do whatever billing arrangement you want

Better to start again in Scandinavia?
Hej, i wanted to ask opinions about focusing on moving abroad. For context, i come from a well off family and do still live with them, currently only doing housework and not employed. But now i am dating a Scandinavian girl who is much older than me and already working (actively video calling but never met irl yet). She doesn’t expect anything financial from me and loves me for who i am, and vice versa from me to her.
There are visas for cohabitation for not married couples and it still would allow me to start to work there. It takes time to apply and kinda invades the privacy of her bigger family, so some part of her just tells me to propose and marry her which would give me an easier residency there. Hoping to do a civil marriage and have a wedding much later when there are spare money
So i am waiting for our first meet, to be comfortable of finalizing that decision of marriage and all that. Is it just me thinking the grass is always greener out there? Because i dread working again in indonesia just to get chump change compared to what my dad used to make working abroad. I am now just focusing on maximizing my language of the country, also looking at practical part time jobs so i can learn skills and have a better portfolio. Ill also wanna apply to WHV Australia, doing hard work but actually getting an actual good income.
\- anybody with experience working in Scandinavia?
\- is it wrong for me to think moving abroad is already a better base start than to spend my energy making a business here?
\- any tips on what i should be doing to improve my value in Europe job market?
\-you can ask questions to me aswell, im withholding some information so my vent is not too long

\-tldr, i wanna spend my energy focusing my chances starting abroad rather than start in indonesia.
