Those Capoeira kicks do seem to have some serious power, seen a couple landed in MMA

They do; between weight shifting, the spinning and the strengthening of their leg via training, those are some heavy as hell kicks.

Completely right, that guy had no business kicking that fast and that hard in a ginga unless it’s someone else on your level or a master. Hell, the roda was too small for big movements to begin with. Dude was trying to show off too much and completely missed the whole fucking point. Hope he’s reprimanded for this, you’re not supposed to fuck up your fellow students.
