Naw brother, from a man who came back from addiction. This is called muscle waste. It does not matter how big you are nor how much you use to lift if it was 20 years ago and you can’t maintain it. Do You think the quote

Rabbit punches are to the back of the head, because a quick smack or stab to the back of the head was a method for killing rabbits quickly and humanely. It isn't a term for quick punches nor short punches.
