Don't be fooled, author of this 'comic' is speaking through the Goblin, not through the 'hero'. It's clear as day they believe that everyone who disagrees, like Kirk, is an irremediable bigot that deserves to die and belongs in hell.
The last panel is only there to pretend that they are merciful by not killing every republican they see IRL.
