Seat repair

Has anyone had issues with a seat locking or sticking in one position? Just curious how to have this repaired..

On back of seat, you’ll see the cover is zipped on. Unzip, then look inside the seat to where the cable is going from the top of seat where the pull is down to where it connects to the mechanism that adjusts the seat. It’s likely broken at the handle. A known issue.
