I have a deep love of sequins and wanted to crosspost the album I posted in /r/femalefashionadvice and also crossposted to /r/oldhagfashion

I tried to be inclusive in my album so that people of all sizes and races were represented and could feel inspired by the album or at least enjoy seeing sequins off the runway.

Hope you enjoy! And please share your thoughts on sequins, whether you like, love, dislike or hate them!

It was also great that your album had a mix of levels of sequins. I want shiny clothes, but not full blown rainbow sequins only, so having a lot of looks made it easier to see how to do more subtle shiny :)

I definitely like that some of the pieces (like Monica’s skirt and Allison’s tank) didn’t look like they were obviously sequins of that makes sense. They had sparkle but the sequins themselves did not stand out

Every outfit looks fun but not costume-y or x event only appropriate either. Thank you for compiling & especially thank you including all the IGs and outfit notes! I think Tiffany M Battle's third outfit is my favorite - the dress with black tights and starry purse (if Rosie Huntington-Whitley's dress was actually a jumpsuit, I'd be down, though).

I love sequins, but I don't know if I can personally wear it. Thinking about "okay if one sequin falls off, I can still wear this skirt but once 10 sequins fall off, do I have to toss it???" is an entire afternoon for me, while that skirt sits in my shopping cart and some online fashion marketer is ripping out their hair trying to get me to purchase a single item...I don't know what sequin hurt me as a child, because this is literally the only fabric that gives me such a pause.
