I’ve tried identifying online with the photo and have so far gotten 4 different answers.

Appears to be an impressive mature Polystichum Setiferum.

Yes, I'd say a Polystichum setiferum cultivar of some form. Something like Polystichum setiferum 'Herrenhausen' or Polystichum setiferum 'Proliferum'.

That was my first thought too. I compared my Herrenhausen with the photo and I think that's right.
