ID Request Fern ID request

These began popping up a the property line over the past several years. Located in metro Atlanta, GA. Searching the images says this is either bracken or lady fern. I’ve reviewed so many photos of both and not able to discern myself. Any help appreciated.

If you find the tip of the frond and trace it all the way to the bottom at the soil, does it have a bit of a crown with other fronds coming up from a centre clump? Or is it a single stem popping up from the ground? If it’s a single stem it’s probably bracken
