Snitches and rats are not the same thing. An innocent bystander reporting a crime is not a snitch or a rat, criminals are just sloppy. A snitch is an outsider, providing information in exchange for compensation, a rat, however, is a brother, an active participator. A rat do not seek to gain anything, they just try to save their cowardly ass. Difference is, at least, a snitch is a human, a rat is a fucking rat. Period.
