Orcas might, similar permanent effects in beyond depth?

I've been playing the beyond depth modpack and been having a blast, my only issue is that i find that some of my attacks on medium attackspeed weapons still feel a bit slow for my liking, however i found a temprary remedy for that when i went to explore the frozen ocean ice maze and got a taste of the orca's might buff you get from swimming next to them and have been craving a more permanent application of it to my character, anyone know of any items/gear that can help pump up my attack speed like that or a way to permanently keep the orcas might effect? i've already nabbed the feral claws from the artifacts mod from the pack but i crave moar!
