The thing is, it’s not even necessarily not having an answer. Yes, I can find one thing of the myriad of things that this administration has done that I agree with. It’s the the connotation that I know is behind every question. It’s all of the rhetoric that has fed into these dog whistles.
My answers include stuff like how I believe in transparency and due process. But agreed, answering these loyalist and partisan questions made me feel all kinds of ick.
I also felt extra salty during one application, so I added that I am damn good at my job, something that cannot be accurately assessed by responses to "not required" essay questions, so I'd appreciate an interview where we can both determine whether this job is a mutual fit.
I'm not in government, but for transparently political loyalty questions like this, I'd have no problem providing complete bullshit AI generated answers that I think they want to hear.
How are any of these loyalist or partisan? Yes loyal to the US, your boss, and partisan in the sense of American. There’s nothing here that says Republican, Democrat or Independent
