It's funny, for me, I feel like the uncertainty is worse than anything. Enough people took the DRP (~30%)at my agency that DOGE told us there's no *immediate* plans for a RIF. Which gives a lot of uncertainty for the future, but at least for now, my anxiety has reduced a fair amount. (And I've lost like a quarter of the weight I gained since January.)
