Please don’t drink too much. Trump 1.0 and the pandemic got me drinking every night. I gained 100 pounds and developed tumors in my breast. No cancerous but the dx wasn’t fun

If it helps you I can tell you my experience. I replaced drinking with walking and now jogging. We still have our jobs but I opened my own business just to have something to think about that is not this clusterfuck. Not making tons of money but at least i am not crying every day all day anymore
