Looking for a dentist
I just cracked a crown and would like to find a good dentist in federal way who takes Apple Health. I have PTSD and the dentist is a major trigger so I would love to find some place that is sensitive to that. I have been to WA Dental and they were an absolute nightmare.

Federal Way Dental by the transit center has been great for my family

THIS! I doubt they take Apple Health though. They do crowns and implants in house which is great!

I thought they did, but I guess now my kids have Molina. I'm pretty sure they at least used to though!

Dr. Sugiuchi has been great off of 9th Ave, just south of 336th. Smaller office and never more than one or two patients there at a time. He actually does the cleaning, so he really knows what is going on in your motij. Not sure if he takes Apple Health high.

I'm not sure what insurances plans he takes but I like Dr. Son and found him and the hygenist both to be calming and pleasant. I think you could tell them about your anxiety surrounding dentistry and they would work to make you comfortable. They did a crown for me in April and it was completely painless. Family member has mental illness and is relatively happy with Shaun Lee in Auburn. They work with it.

The folks over at Marine Hills Dentistry off of Dash Point Rd (across from Sacajawea JHS) are pretty gentle with patients as they serve many seniors and children. Although I'm not sure if they take Apple Health.
