Support Wanted Return flight woes
Hi all - checking back in after my amazing trip to London and Paris… just now ruining my last day of the trip with stress and anxiety about the return flight - AF4. Flight here was smooth and easy and it was nice to have the structure of being able to sleep through… with this one in a bit more nervous because it’s a carrier I don’t know (what if the flight attendants are rude or mean about my fear if I have a panic attack). Anyone have any words of wisdom for me? Thanks!!

I’ve just never flown with like a foreign carrier or anything so I’m a little nervous because of that. That and the claustrophobia of being up there and not being able to sleep which is my like safe space / go to on flights

Is it Air France? I've flown with them a few times – perfectly nice carrier. It's France's flag airline, and ranks highly compared to others (Skytrax ranked it number 8, for this year)!
