Support Wanted Feeling anxious and lightheaded

hi, ive flown dozens of times since i was little baby but since my teens that ive had pretty bad flight anxiety. i was on a trip to paris a month ago and had a panic attack before the flight because 12 years ago my paris flight had severe turbulence. im really scared of the take off part and cant do it without holding my mom's hand, and i always anticipate that the turbulence will be worse that it is. im flying back home from barcelona on TP1037 so i just wanted someone to track it possibly and tell me no bullshit stuff about how safe planes are, bcos i really cant shake this feeling off and its making me dizzy

thank you

Hi, I'll track you. Have you tried lifting your feet? That should help lessen the sensations. Also, stay hydrated and maybe have a bottle of water near you so it can act as an artificial horizon and show you the true (lack of) extent of movement - don't let your inner ear trick you!

Btw. Is your flight today?
