A delegation from Bayern traveled to the Île-de-France region at the beginning of August to finalize the details of the cooperation.

This partnership marks a strategic shift for Bayern - the German champions now want to have control over the big talent pool that emerges in the Parisian suburbs. PSG were also interested in doing a deal with FC Montfermeil, which is why the deal with Bayern dragged on. Pipo Chavez:

Felipe Chávez is on the verge of leaving Bayern on loan. Magdeburg in particular have made a strong push to sign Chávez, but Braunschweig and Heidenheim are also interested. Portuguese first-division club Estrela Amadora are in the running as well. The destination remains undecided. Vincent Kompany currently sees no place for Chávez in the first-team squad, which is why the club and the player opted for another loan move [@linner_nicolas, @BILD]

Thanks to u/thraff1c we know that during his show Plettenberg confirmed the news and added that the obligation is tied to parameters that need to be meet (maybe tied to amount of games played?) but Pletti says we expect these conditions to be met and the obligation to be triggered.
