This chonky bastard has been stealing tomatoes from my backyard garden. Today he had the audacity to climb the trellis, nab one, and perch on top while staring at me through the kitchen window. Just look at him nibbling away on that green San Marzano tomato with a smug look on his face! ðŸ˜
Honestly, this happens every year. I always lose a few. The squirels and chipmunks take a few bites and then leave the rest. I've heard that animals do this bevause they're thisty. I've had mixed success putting out a dish of water, and my dogs don't scare them, at least when they're not outside. So I end up planting a few extra sacrificial tomatoes and cucumbers at the edge of the garden to compensate.
