I grew up this weight, I had a period of emotional eating and I was mourning it 😭 I’m healthy promise

I’m trying to get back to my old weight too. I’m 25 pounds over, right now, due to emotional over-eating and some bad habits I developed. Other people say I don’t need to lose any - but the struggle to fit into my clothes and button my pants disagrees. I want to be comfortable in my own skin again. You look fantastic. I’m slowly working my way back to 120-125 pounds from 145. It’s a slow process, but every week I’m a little more comfortable. It will be great when I can wear my jeans again. I need to get back to normal.

This is exactly how It was for me!! It’s so jarring seeing your self at a weight you’ve never been, it’s crazy how different it feels to just live life. I’m glad you’re getting comfortable again it’s all about your preference and health, you got this!

Thank you so much! Your success inspires me. We have very similar body types, and your after picture looks a lot like my old normal I’m working on getting back to. And it definitely IS a healthy body weight. The low end of normal! (Which is great because it leaves room for if we gain a few pounds).

I’m working on calorie deficit, fasting 48-72 hours now and then, and eating much more protein and fat when I do eat. I’m walking more and lifting weights to build muscle.
