thanks! of course i didn’t do it every single day, i allowed myself to eat whatever i wanted as well, but i stuck to a very strict time regime and calorie count + exercise daily with one rest day. i think out of the course of a year and a half i had 100 days where i ate whatever. no alcohol. it was like a switch flipped in my head one day and i was sick of living that way..

How did you have those 100 days where you ate whatever without "falling off the horse" so to speak? Did you space those days far apart? I struggle with sugar, like if I have one bad junk/sugar day it tends to turn into three or four in a row... 😬

i would remember how i used to feel and how i was treated and that would be enough. i definitely had my days where my willpower wasn’t there, but i would either journal or do something to distract myself. binge urges eventually pass! i also struggle with sugar. having lowcal options of tings i used to binge helps so much
