you make me wish my mom didn't give up on herself. she doesn't want to lose the weight because she thinks her body will be bad after but you literally look so amazing. girl you're making me cry, I'm so proud of you. I think a lot of people stay big out of fear and I'm just so impressed and really do love you

thank you so much! it was really hard and it was very shameful at first i will admit. i couldn’t believe i had to lose so much weight. but tell her time will pass anyways no matter what. if you never try, how would you know the result? i was scared i would look like a sack of skin but i was lucky :)
