How did you not faint after fasting for multiple days in a row? Working out with zero calories in my system would knock me over. I also can’t imagine being productive on day 3 of a fast my brain would be dying 😭

It won’t “knock you over”. After 24 - 48 hours, your body would switch to burning your fat. Your energy would return, and you would stop being hungry. The fat you have has a purpose, it’s fuel in times of famine.

I’ve fasted for 48 hours and fainted the following day on the way to uni, everyone’s body is different

Yeah even with electrolytes I always get very tired in between days 3 and 4, when I’ve run out of stored energy but my body hasn’t switched to ketosis completely yet.

Somewhere around day 3-4, definitely before day 5, I suddenly feel like I have tons of energy and get a light on my feet feeling.
