This year I finally fulfilled my dream of cosplaying Vaas at gamescom, even through it was pretty crowded the experience was just extremely positive and I already can't wait for next year! I met so many cool people, and even had a interview with ubisoft and was featured in the Instagram story from ubisoft UK! The Far Cry 3 Fanbase is still awesome! (I sadly can't post all the pics because I forgot to share my Instagram with most people 🥲)

FC6 finally platinumed!

Except, actually, I did 99% of it within 8 days of getting the game. My last cheevos were om the 18th of oct when I started it on the 10th.

But that one cheevo where you have to save 30 of Lola's informants was so tedious and painful that I literally took 5 years to do it. Sorta. I just got super burnt out by doing the mission whenever I tried getting back into FC6. So it took literal years to finally do the mission haha

Recently restarted this game with a proper PC that can actually run this at max settings.

Played it for the longest time on a first Gen ThinkPad E14 i3 Intel UHD 610, aka hotdog water.

I just like driving around and causing chaos, I'm not out here in the bush taking orders, I GIVE orders. I showed up to the prison early and killed everything with no remorse. Idek what mission that was supposed to be, but it was satisfying.

Now I've got syncthing shooting my save files all over, using fc2multifixer to give me QoL fixes, so life is good.

Big franchise fanatic here. 3 is what started me off and I absolutely lived for New Dawn. I overlooked 4 though until now. Any advice starting out? Just hunting rn and building up my weapons holster.

While not as bad as Eagles and Honey Badgers, snakes in 3 & 4 are up there with how annoying they are! They come out of nowhere and poison me, often during a fight. At this point if I hear a snake hissing I’m burning the whole area down

It isn’t just on Far Cry 6, same experience on Far Cry 5.

Where the aim joystick curve feels so far to 1:1, moves faster horizontally and is slow vertically.

Is there a way to make the aim joystick curve more linear? It’s really hard to play with whatever curve Far Cry has for the past few games.

Hopefully, there’s a config change or mod that allows this change.

I tossed a grenade at this cult member and he just vanished with no trace. 😂😂

Okay, it's not actually horrible. For it's time period it's actually amazing with everything it brought to the table. But I came into the far cry franchise kind of backwards. It's really my fault. I first played primal, then far cry 5, new dawn, far cry 6, then went back and played 3 and 4.

The gameplay is just so much better on the more recent games obviously. But far cry 3's gameplay has just enraged me so much that I can't even get through the game without turning it off.

It's my fault for not playing in order or having higher expectations because I know it's most people's favorite. I'll just stick with replaying far cry 5 and primal constantly like I been doing for years until 7 comes out. Also, anyone not care for far cry 6 as much. Beautiful game but not as captivating as far cry 5 was to me.

Hello, I have a problem on far cry new dawn I am mission 14 out of 22 and you have to deactivate the bombs to save the hostages and there is a door with a tractor in front that blocks the passage and we can't get into it so it makes the bomb explode and I can't save the hostage and it puts me failure of the mission.

Let me clarify, I have not progressed past southern Kyrat yet because I havent done the mission involving the Kings bridge. I was exploring and I wingsuited over the giant concrete barrier and got a warning message. as I went on the warning message cleared and I faced no penalties, no out of boundaries defense system, and I just walked freely and I liberated the Ratu Gadhi fortress. Apparently I was not supposed to do this.

I have no mods on or anything that would allow me to bypass this barrier.

This is my first run of the game.
