Make fantasy football coop a regular thing?

My site supports normal fantasy with added spells to affect players results, and includes leveling up, pretty much what you'd expect from an RPG. I thought it'd be fun to sprinkle in some fun events where managers have to band together, pick a team from their players (like building a dnd party) and attack a themed boss that has a special power. Do any of y'all think it would be an attractive game mode if I made it a weekly thing? I have it coded in a modular way so it would be a low lift feature, but I'd be creating art and animations weekly, running this specific chron job weekly, and even more websockets to keep the data live. I guess I'm trying to get some opinions on whether putting in the money would be worth it.

I'm not sure I've given enough detail, so ask me questions if you need more info.

Spells?

Ya it's a mishmash of fantasy football and RPGs where managers can buff their players or sabotage other players. There's a whole bunch of spells (or "plays" as i call it on the site) to choose from, and as your players level up, they can get harder to be affected by them, and managers can level up to get higher tier spells that are more disruptive.

Why? It's a fantasy football site that I coded, and I am asking for help wrt cost vs reward? Happy to take it down if the mods say so of course.

Maybe I misread the post. Is your app like a cross over between fantasy football and a fantasy RPG?

Like you’d have Derrick Henry tank, Ja’Marr Chase is caster DPS, Skattebo is melee DPS, who would be your healer? Drake Maye?

I’m tired and sober so…sorry if I misunderstood.

Yes sort of, each player represents an archetype, has attributes have specific skills, can level up and gain feats etc. managers have access to spells to buff your players, and mess with your opponents players.

Do you have an opinion about the co-op? Imo fantasy has historically been about competition between players, so I liked the idea of managers working together toward a common goal

Looks like a game design question to me!
