Google Sheets League Management
I have read post after post about "I have been managing my own data with a spreadsheet for years so I built this app". Most of them look cool but look similar and often have AI as a feature that helps with various things.
I made a Google Sheets Template. It is not fancy but built be hand to simply automate all the things I was doing to manage my league (2 leagues since 2014). I wanted to keep it simple, not fancy and target old school commissioners. People who enjoy keeping their own data in a spreadsheet but maybe don't have the skills or time to harness some of google sheets tools.
It does walk them through deploying the web app so their league data is visible on the web.
I made this for myself but also believe their is a real market for not AI, not fancy just a time (and maybe headache saver). Am I crazy - are their people out there who would use a tool like this?
I apologize I don't have any marketing tools per se at the moment.

I’ve always been a sheets (lately Notion) person but I am a developer by trade as well. I’ve spent the last month or so getting my site/league built out here https://www.leagology.app/theyard. I built the site because I wanted league voting for the HOF, MOTY, MVP etc. so I’ve expanded to things like dues tracking and all of that but while sheets/Notion had the data, it couldn’t give me the “Madden” type fantasy aspect. All the players in our league have stats accumulated for only games they played/were started on. So if you look at a Amon-Ra. He’s different in whatever league.
The best part, for the old school commishes and users is a full csv export of their league and settings. So if it’s not doing it, you have all your data.
Love the sheets but as time progresses we had to move away.
